BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Zach Willeman came on in a long relief outing, pitching four frames for the Great Lakes Loons (Single-A) in an 8-7 loss to the Bowling Green Hot Rods.

Willeman, a Napoleon High School and Kent State product, struck out four and allowed five runs on six hits in the outing, coming on to pitch the second through fifth innings. The Los Angeles Dodgers’ prospect is 0-1 in nine outings and five starts for the Loons with a save and 25 strikeouts with a 6.61 ERA.
