ARCHBOLD — During its meeting on Monday, Archbold Village Council passed a handful of legislative items dealing with the village’s water and sewage systems.
After accepting a change order for the booster bypass waterline project, council supported two more items.
Council supported a water meter upgrade to the Allegro advanced meter/universal AMI and also backed a contract with SUEZ to install an aeration and mixing in the million gallon tank.
Officials also reminded the public that village offices will be closed on Thursday in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.
Council scheduled its next meeting for 5:30 p.m. July 15.
