The native pollinator garden installed by the Paulding County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) at the Black Swamp Nature Center in Paulding is coming along nicely. The project consists of installing native wildflower and grass to provide habitat for ever-important pollinator species while also providing for a learning land lab for local residents and students. Thank you goes out to Pond Seed Company and the Paulding County Area Foundation for their support of this project. Checking on the progress of the garden were: Lisa McClure (left) of the Paulding County Area Foundation, Taylor Coy of Paulding County SWCD, and Marcia Pond (right) of Pond Seed Company. Be sure to stop out to the Black Swamp Nature Center to keep up with the progress.
