PAULDING — A Paulding County grand jury recently indicted 20 individuals.

Indicted were:

• Jimmie Keeler, 57, 406 S. Erie St., Antwerp, for vandalism, a fifth-degree felony. Keller allegedly damaged a sprinkler head in a dorm owned by the county.

• Joshua Vogelsong, 30, 15857 Maumee St., Defiance, for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a fourth-degree felony. Vogelsong allegedly entered a barn to commit theft and obtained a black Polaris ATV without the consent of the owner.

• Jacob Lockhart, 25, 1050 Harrison Ave., Defiance, for domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. Lockhart allegedly caused, or attempt to cause, physical harm to a family or household member after having been previously convicted of domestic violence.

• Johnathan Wells, 23, 101 S. Main St., Antwerp, for forgery, a fifth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. Wells allegedly possessed a credit card and debit card receipt knowing it was forged, and possessed a credit card, knowing it had been stolen.

• Joseph Guyton, 38, 310 Perry St., Melrose, for abusing harmful intoxicants, a fifth-degree felony. Guyton allegedly used compressed air duster to induce intoxication.

• Cody Fleming, 34, 314 E. Cornelia St., Hicksville, for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a fourth-degree felony. Fleming allegedly entered a barn to commit theft and obtained a black Polaris ATV without the consent of the owner.

• Ronald Smith, 36, 700 Kiser Road, Defiance, for possession of methamphetamine, a third-degree felony; trafficking in methamphetamine, a third-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Smith allegedly obtained, possessed or used, as well as sold, or offered to sell, 13.54 grams of methamphetamine. He also allegedly tried to alter, conceal or remove a record to impair an investigation.

• Micah Bolter, 22, 122 N. Dix St., Paulding, for forgery, a fifth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. Bolter allegedly possessed a credit card and debit card receipt, knowing it had been forged, and possessed a credit card, knowing it had been stolen.

• Kandy Hostettler, 53, address unavailable, for possession of methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony.

• Cody Worman, 28, address unavailable, for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. He allegedly entered a vacant house in Paulding by force, stealth or deception to commit theft.

• Nicollette Collins, 29, address unavailable, for failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. Collins allegedly failed to report as ordered by the court after having been released on a personal-recognizance bond.

• Charles Thompson, 27, address unavailable, for disrupting public service, a fifth-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; and criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Shannon Deemer, 45, address unavailable, for illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony; possession of methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony. Deemer allegedly impaired a communications device used for public services or emergency communications, caused or attempted to cause harm to a family or household member and caused damage to the front residential window of a home.

• Bryan Lynch, 27, address unavailable, for failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. Lynch allegedly failed to appear as required by the court after having been released on a personal-recognizance bond.

• Brian Cutlip, 36, address unavailable, for four counts of nonsupport of dependents, all fourth-degree felonies. Cutlip allegedly failed to pay child support as ordered.

• Gianna Gessman, 20, address unavailable, for two counts of assault, each a fifth-degree felony. She allegedly caused or, attempted to cause, physical harm to two individuals while they were performing their duties at the Paulding County Jail.

• Brandon Cooper, 22, address unavailable, for theft, a fourth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. Cooper allegedly deprived the owner of a 1995 Honda dirt bike and possessed the license plate for the bike, knowing it had been stolen.

• Russell Gardner, 60, address unavailable, for grand theft, a fourth-degree felony. Gardner allegedly deprived the owner of a 2004 Chevy Silverado.

• Amanda Hopkins, 30, address unavailable, for abusing harmful intoxicants, a fifth-degree felony. She allegedly used a compressed air duster to induce intoxication.

• Charles Gentry, 27, address unavailable, for possession of methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony; illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony; and failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. He allegedly transported an illegal item onto the grounds of a detention center, possessed less than a bulk amount of methamphetamine and failed to appear as required by the court after having been released on a personal-recognizance bond.
