WAUSEON — The Fulton County grand jury has indicted 14 individuals on a variety of charges. Among those indicted were:

• Dennis Darr, 62, Swanton, two counts of assault. It is alleged that on or about May 18 he caused or attempted to cause harm to two officers while they were on duty.

• Teana Thomas, 30, Erie, Pa., identity fraud, possessing criminal tools and two counts of forgery. Thomas allegedly possessed forged checks and tools to forge them on or about May 19. She also allegedly used another person’s identifying information.

• Teyana Tate, 25, Erie, Pa., identity fraud, possessing criminal tools and two counts of forgery. Thomas allegedly possessed forged checks and tools to forge them on or about May 19. She also allegedly used another person’s identifying information.

• Clay Downs, 19, Bowling Green, harassment with a bodily substance. He allegedly caused or attempted to cause an officer to come in contact with a bodily substance on or about May 26.

• Jason Stultz, 41, Swanton, eight counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that Stultz failed to pay $21,047.52 in child support.

• Sandy Wilson, 45, Gainsville, Fla., 10 counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that he failed to pay $13,985.40 in child support.

• Kent Gasche, 54, Delta, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and OVI. On or about May 21, he allegedly transported a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle while under the influence.

• Scott Heinze, 27, Sylvania, two counts of OVI. Heinze allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence on or about June 1.

• Paul Fenton, 58, Jasper, Mich., grand theft. On or about June 17, 2018-Sept. 22, 2018, he allegedly stole property valued at between $7,500-$150,000.

• Joseph Cox, 38, Swanton, violating a protection order. On or about June 4, he allegedly violated a protection order.

• Matthew Perkins, 33, Delta, aggravated possession of drugs, Perkins allegedly possessed drugs on or about March 21.

• Steven Hicks, 31, Fayette, domestic violence, criminal damaging, resting arrest, assault and aggravated possession of drugs. On or about June 10, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family/household member and caused a substantial risk of harm to the property of another. He also allegedly resisted his arrest while brandishing a deadly weapon, attempted to cause physical harm to the officer and possessed methamphetamine.

• Zachary Tipton, 39, Lyons, misuse of credit cards, theft and receiving stolen property. Tipton allegedly stole cash and received a credit card knowing it had been stolen and used it to obtain property valued at between $1,000-$7,500 between Feb. 26-March 24.

• Amber Clark, 34, Napoleon, tampering with evidence. On or about June 12, she allegedly tampered with evidence.
