Friday, 4:48 p.m., on Williams County Road D, east of County Road 8, Center Township, an eastbound semi driven by Sean Wilson, 41, Edgerton, reportedly made a wide right turn into a private drive and was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by Rachel Bach, 42, Edgerton. Bach was treated at the scene by Williams County EMS for suspected minor injuries. Damage was heavy to both vehicles. Bach was cited for assured clear distance.
Saturday, 5:12 p.m., at Ohio 15 and Williams County Road O, Madison Township, an eastbound vehicle driven by Jewell Hans, 45, Alvordton, reportedly failed to yield at the stop sign and was struck by a northbound vehicle driven by Mason Gill, 20, Pioneer. Hans was taken by air ambulance to Mercy St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo, for suspected serious injuries, and Gill was taken by Williams County EMS to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Montpelier, for suspected minor injuries. Damage was heavy to both vehicles.
Friday, 2:11 p.m., a theft was reported in the 16000 block of Ohio 15.

Sunday, time unavailable, Shana Hahn, 29, Sherwood, was served a bench warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court.

Friday, 1:50 p.m., Kevin Cochran, 59, Monroe, Mich., was cited for driving left of center following a two-vehicle traffic crash on Defiance Avenue in the village. No injuries were reported.
Saturday, 12:44 p.m., damage was reported to an electric box in the 900 block of Haver Drive.
Friday, 5:55 p.m., on U.S. 24, east of County Road 17, Napoleon Township, a westbound vehicle driven by Dominic Stilwill, 25, Liberty Center, had a tire blow out and traveled across the median and eastbound lanes, striking a ditch and metal fence before coming to rest. Two passengers, Samera Stilwill, 49, and Richard Fraker, 57, both of Napoleon, were taken to Henry County Hospital for suspected minor injuries. Damage was light to the vehicle.
Friday, 11:35 p.m., Brandon Shultz, 30, Grand Rapids, was cited for criminal damaging, driving under suspension, OVI and failure to control following a report of a vehicle in a ditch at Ohio 108 and County Road S.
Saturday, 2:04 a.m., a mailbox was reported damaged in the 600 block of County Road W, Archbold.
Saturday, 2:20 a.m., farm equipment was reportedly tampered with in the area of county roads T and 16, Napoleon.
Saturday, 10:54 a.m., multiple mailboxes were reported damaged in the 300 block of County Road S, Liberty Center.
Saturday, 1:08 p.m., a telephone pedestal was reported damaged at county roads 424 and M.
Saturday, 3:09 p.m., George Pollitt Jr., 70, Ft. Wayne, Ind., was cited for littering from a motor vehicle following an alleged incident at U.S. 6 and County Road 6.
Saturday, 7:38 p.m., a portable toilet was turned over and a mailbox was damaged in the area of county roads U and 9.
Sunday, 2:37 a.m., a vehicle was reported damaged in the 400 block of Township Road 6, Liberty Center.
Sunday, 5:56 a.m., on U.S. 24 in Liberty Township, an eastbound vehicle driven by Rhomie Stewart, 18, Perrysburg, struck a guardrail on the north side of the roadway. Stewart was taken by Liberty Township Fire and Rescue to Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, for suspected minor injuries. Damage was moderate to the vehicle. Stewart was cited for failure to control.
Sunday, 10:15 a.m., tractor windows were reported broken at county roads 17 and X.
Sunday, 2:02 p.m., deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of County Road P, Napoleon. Items inside the residence were reportedly tampered with.
Sunday, 7:46 p.m., Jordan Howe, 27, Grelton, was charged with domestic violence following a call to the 600 block of County Road K, Malinta. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio (CCNO), rural Stryker.
Monday, 5:59 a.m., Michel Hubert, 32, Brooklyn, NY, was cited for failure to control following a report of a vehicle in a ditch at county roads 10 and K, Malinta.
Monday, 11:13 a.m., on County Road T in Liberty Township, Ahmad Khachab, 51, Dearborn, Mich., was cited for failure to obey a traffic device.
Friday, 6:02 p.m., Tyler Goshe, 24, Napoleon, was charged with theft and issued a court summons.

Fire — Saturday, 7:51 a.m., firefighters responded to an alarm at Northtowne Mall, 1500 N. Clinton St.
Fire — Saturday, 7:24 p.m., crews responded to 1047 Ottawa Avenue for a report of a male who burned himself while lighting a fire. Charles Ratcliff, 44, of the same address, was taken by Defiance EMS to Mercy Defiance Hospital, where a condition update was unavailable.
