Friday, 3:12 p.m., Troy Whitker, 59, Defiance, was arrested on a warrant from Sandusky County.

Friday, 5:15 p.m., Paul Rayle, 33, Auburn, Ind., was arrested on a warrant from Defiance County Common Pleas Court.

Friday, 5:17 p.m., Samuel West, 39, Hicksville, was arrested on a warrant from Defiance County Common Pleas Court.

Saturday, 5:02 p.m., a 17-year-old Defiance male was charged with delinquency by means of unruliness after an alleged incident in the 25000 block of Mekus Road.

Sunday, 12:49 p.m., a yard was vandalized in the 21000 block of Switzer Road.

Sunday, 3:44 p.m., Nicholas Gooding, 29, Oakwood, was arrested on a warrant from Defiance County Probate Court.

Defiance Police

April 22, 3:10 p.m., on North Clinton Street near Stadium Drive, a vehicle driven by Rueben Santos, 18, 1298 W. High St., was northbound  when the left front tire of his vehicle fell off due to the lug nuts being loose. The tire was launched into the side brick and window of Arby's Restaurant, 1502 N. Clinton St. The tire then bounced off the building and struck an unoccupied parked vehicle owned by Mavis Crum, Continental. Damage was heavy to the Santos vehicle, and light to the Crum vehicle.

April 22, 4:08 p.m., at Deatrick Street and Baltimore Road, a vehicle driven by Nelson Shipley, 60, Aberdeen, turned and struck a westbound vehicle driven by Misty Brittig, 41, Oakwood. Damage was light to both vehicles. Shipley was cited for a turning violation.

April 23, 8:42 p.m., at Tuendawie and Colby streets, vehicles driven by Gary Memmer, 74, 804 Harrison Ave., and Julie Howerton, 44, 1131 Riverside Ave., collided. Damage was light to both vehicles. Howerton was cited for failure to yield.

Wednesday, 8:11 p.m., Skyler Grosenbacher, 22, Defiance, was charged with menacing after an alleged incident in the 1700 block of Cimarron Lane.

Friday, 3:02 p.m., a theft was reported in the 300 block of Harding Street.

Saturday, 6:40 p.m., a shoplifting complaint was reported at Walmart, 1804 N. Clinton St.

Sunday, 10:41 p.m., Connor Lowe, 19, Defiance, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue.

Sunday, 1:58 p.m., a vehicle was reported vandalized in the 1900 block of South Clinton Street.

Monday, 10:25 p.m., Devin Feeney, 26, Defiance, was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Hopkins Street.

Monday, 4:17 p.m., at Jackson Avenue and Deatrick street, vehicles driven by Shawn Kipp, 30, 1221 Ayersville Ave., and Cody Castillo, 24, 1101 Washington Ave., collided. Damage was heavy to both vehicles. Kipp was cited for a stop sign violation.

Hicksville Police

Saturday, 1:28 p.m., tires and rims were reported stolen from the 200 block of East High Street.

Henry Sheriff

Friday, 2:14 p.m., on Ohio 281 in Flatrock Township, a vehicle driven by Brenda Miller, 54, Perrysburg, struck a vehicle driven by Craig Franz, 33, Holgate, that was attempting to pass. Damage was moderate to Miller's vehicle and heavy to the Franz vehicle.

Saturday, 5:52 a.m., Jesse Herman, 29, Hamler, was charged with burglary after an alleged incident in the 300 block of Cowen Street, Hamler, and taken to CCNO.

Saturday, 12:32 p.m., a truck was reported stolen from the 300 block of West Elm Street, Deshler. It was later recovered in Putnam County.

Sunday, 3:05 p.m., Timothy Knepley, 33, Malinta, was charged with felonious assault after an alleged incident on County Road 11, Malinta.

Sunday, time unavailable, Alesha Brueshaber, 32, McClure, was arrested on a warrant from Henry County Common Pleas Court.

Today, 1:42 a.m., on County Road 16, south of Holgate, a vehicle driven by Zachary Waisner, 27, Napoleon, left the roadway. Waisner was cited for OVI. Additional information was unavailable at press time.

Napoleon Police

Wednesday, 7:43 a.m., at Scott Street and Riverview Avenue, vehicles driven by James Nation, 26, Napoleon, and Cecelia Brink, 61, Napoleon, collided. Damage was moderate to Nation's vehicle and heavy to Brink's.

Saturday, 11:50 a.m., on Brownell Street, a vehicle driven by Susana Castor, 53, Napoleon, backed from a drive and collided with a vehicle driven by Tammy Wright, 55, Napoleon. Castor was cited for failure to yield. Damage was moderate to the vehicle.

Monday, 1:42 a.m., Kenya Walker, 30, Lafayette, Ind., was cited for speed, driving under a revoked license, no child restraint and expired tags following a traffic stop on Scott Street.

Monday, 2:05 a.m., Maurice Mouton Jr., 27, Morenci, Mich., was arrested on a warrant from Fulton County.

Monday, 8:17 a.m., landscaping was damaged in the 1200 block of Scott Street.

Today, 5:29 a.m., a stolen ID was reported in the 100 block of Cedarbrook Avenue.

Fire — Monday, 1:49 p.m., firefighters were called to 26273 E. Second St. for a report of a gas leak.

Fire — Monday, 3:37 p.m., firefighters were called to an alarm at 1516 N. Clinton St.

Fire — Monday, 7:11 p.m., firefighters were called to a gas leak at 1804 N. Clinton St.

Wauseon

Fire — Monday, 12:33 p.m., firefighters were called to a fire at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1180 N. Shoop Ave. Additional information was unavailable.
