Saturday, 12:19 p.m., on U.S. 24 in Napoleon, a semi reportedly jackknifed, blocking traffic. The driver was reportedly taken by emergency personnel to an area hospital. U.S. 24 was blocked until 1:47 p.m. Additional information was unavailable.
Saturday, 5:20 p.m., at Navarre Avenue and South Elm Street, Bryan, a vehicle driven by Larry Hussey, 51, Farmer, backed up while plowing snow and struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle owned by James Morr, Bryan. Damage was moderate to Morr's vehicle, and no damage was reported to Hussey's.
Saturday, 10:24 a.m., vandalism was reported in the 27000 block of Watson Road.
Monday, 11:19 a.m., vandalism was reported in the 26000 block of Bowman Road.
Wednesday, 6:20 p.m., at Ralston Avenue and U.S. 24, an eastbound vehicle driven by an unknown motorist struck the rear of an eastbound vehicle driven by Tristan Dingus, 19, 10521 Haller Road. Damage was light to Dingus' vehicle.
Thursday, 8:03 a.m., Pedro Ramirez Sr., 49, 615 Elbert St., was charged with disorderly conduct and telecommunications harassment.
Saturday, 1:03 p.m., a shoplifting complaint was reported at Walmart, 1804 N. Clinton St.
Saturday, 8 p.m., on Baltimore Road, east of Indian Bridge Lane, a westbound vehicle driven by an unknown motorist reportedly traveled left of center, forcing an eastbound vehicle driven by Michael Ledesma, 49, Archbold, off the right side of the roadway. Damage was light to Ledesma's vehicle.
Saturday, 8:37 p.m., in the 800 block of Washington Avenue, a vehicle driven by David Marlin, 27, 814 Washington Ave., backed up and its trailer hitch struck the front of a parked, unoccupied vehicle owned by Chriselda Zavala, Archbold. Damage was moderate to Zavala's vehicle and no damage was reported to Marlin's.
Sunday, 1:13 a.m., a cellphone was reported stolen from the 500 block of West Second Street.
Sunday, 1:21 p.m., a window was reported broken out of a parked vehicle in the 600 block of Dakota Place.
Sunday, 4:35 p.m., Cody Long, 25, Napoleon, was cited for OVI, expired plates and driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Carpenter Road.
Monday, 4:47 p.m., Amberly Badillo, 27, 1205 Ayersville Ave., was arrested on a warrant from Napoleon Municipal Court.
Monday, 9:32 p.m., on South Jackson Avenue, a vehicle driven by Nael Jallad, 34, 1142 Schultz St., struck a snowbank. He was charged with OVI, failure to control, fictitious plates, driving under suspension and a probation violation and taken to CCNO. The vehicle was not damaged.
Friday, 11:48 a.m., an assault was reported on Mary Ann Street in Liberty Center and is under investigation.
Friday, 10 p.m., Robert Kurich, 44, Bryan, was charged with OVI, no license plate light and no valid license following a traffic stop on North Perry Street.
Sunday, 2:46 a.m., Timothy Bathurst, 30, New Bavaria, was cited for OVI, marked lanes and a stop sign violation following a traffic stop on Keyser Street, Holgate.
Sunday, 12:56 p.m., on U.S. 24, vehicles driven by Gerald Jones Jr., 38, Fort Wayne, and Keiquan Blackmon, 28, Holland, were westbound. Jones' vehicle slid and was struck from behind by Blackmon's vehicle. There were no injuries. Damage was moderate to the vehicles.
Monday, 1:44 a.m., on Ohio 281, a vehicle driven by Joseph Trenary, 19, Butler, Ind., slid off the roadway and struck a tree. Damage was heavy to the vehicle.
Monday, 4:11 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 00200 block of County Road T, Napoleon.
Saturday, 10:37 a.m., Joshua Garcia, 19, Noblesville, Ind., was cited for OVI and failure to control following a traffic stop at U.S. routes 24 and 6. Dylan Torbush, 20, Muncie, Ind., was charged with possession of marijuana and underage consumption. Both were taken to CCNO.
Saturday, 5:55 p.m., Dennis Bailey, 41, Napoleon, was cited for driving under suspension following a snowmobile traffic stop on North Street.
Monday, 4:11 p.m., a possible burglary was reported in the 200 block of County Road 19. The matter is under investigation.
Monday, 10:57 p.m., Joshua Kristek, 32, and Aaron Fowler, 26, both of Napoleon, were each charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident in the 800 block of Monroe Street.
