Prior to the business meeting, an initiation ceremony was held for four new members: Kim Beek, Diane Meyer, Kathleen Neidhandt and Jacquelyn Bair.

As a part of Beta Zeta’s service to the community, members purchased items and assembled backpacks for children going into foster care through the Adriel Agency in Archbold. Amber Reed, foster care consultant with Adriel, spoke to the group about the Bridges Program which provides guidance and support to young adults who have left the foster care system and transitioned to adulthood.

In June Beta Zeta members will be served high tea at the Governor Croswell Tea Room and tour the opera house in Adrian, Mich.
