Panel of lawmakers approves turnpike bill language
Would also increase speed limit to 70 mph on interstate freeways

An Ohio lawmaker panel has given initial approval to language that would require 90 percent of bonding proceeds leveraged from the Ohio Turnpike to be used for projects within 75 miles of the state's lone toll road.
