Seems odd that our City leaders continue to threaten to sue the City of Defiance! Are these the men and women voted into office by the citizens of Defiance, are they have sworn serve Defiance the best way for the city? If the insurance was that important then way did Mr. Holtsberry run for office again? Why did he wait until the election was over before turning in his request for the money? Is the man we want to guide Defiance into the next 4 years? I am embarrassed by last week's actions; please stand up an act like our City leaders! The childish plotting must stop; Defiance won't pay for this, the citizens of Defiance will. Please stop wasting our taxes! If it is not what you signed up for then leave the office and put someone in that has a passion for the City Of Defiance and not a selfish agenda. I had mixed feelings on the insurance coverage's felt there were some personal reasons for stopping it. However it was voted out by the council and as President Mr. Holtsberry is part of the body of City Council your members voted it out this affected everyone including the past clerk, was she part of City Council?
