Jennifer Boehm Gaglianello has published a book titled, "Love, Bob", based on her father's WWII letters. Dr. Robert Boehm served in WWII and his letters written to his family describe his experiences as a soldier. He entered the Army at the age of 18 in March, 1944 during the height of WWII. His Mother saved all his letters written home, and they are presented in this book, giving a glimpse of what a young soldier, away from home for the first time thought and experienced. Following the end of the War in Europe, Bob was stationed in Vienna as an MP in the occupational Army. He returned home in May, 1946. Many of the postcards and photos he sent home are included.

Dr. Robert Boehm taught History at Defiance College for 45 years, and was a city councilman for Defiance for many years.
Jennifer Gaglianello now resides in Little, Silver, NJ, and works as an Administrative Assistant at Sickles Market. The book, "Love, Bob" is available through Amazon.com.
