Defiance Police
Wednesday, 3:27 p.m., at Hopkins Street and Ravine Avenue, vehicles driven by Alisha Scott, 17, 21913 Roehrig Road, and Cecelia Locher, 61, 562 Bunn Drive, collided. Locher was cited for failure to yield. Damage was light to both vehicles.
Tuesday, a 14-year-old Defiance male was charged with delinquency by means of assault following an incident on the 700 block of Village Lane.
Tuesday, Jack Temple, 24, 523 N. Clinton St., and Brandon Ross, 20, 739 1/2 Westwood Drive, were charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged fight at Diehl Park.
Wednesday, Daniel Alvarado, 49, 219 Osceola Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing following two alleged incidents at the Defiance Inn, 2002 Baltimore Road.
Wednesday, Juan Garcia Jr., 22, 700 Kiser Road, was charged with domestic violence and also served a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court for failure to appear.
Wednesday, Raul Perez Jr., 15, 1116 1/2 Ottawa Ave., was charged with delinquency by means of criminal damaging and domestic violence

Wednesday, Jason Wagner, 30, Pioneer, was arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Michigan.
Wednesday, a 16-year-old Bryan juvenile was charged with delinquency by means of a probation violation.

Wednesday, Rebekah Perez, 28, 1700 E. High St., Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court.
Wednesday, Nicholas Pierce, 18, 343 E. Bryan, St., Bryan, was charged with theft and obstructing justice following an alleged incident. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.
