HICKSVILLE -- Mr. and Mrs. Jim Schmidt of Hicksville are celebrating their silver wedding anniversary today.
Jim Schmidt and Karen Koster were married May 7, 1983, in St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Hamler.
The couple have three children: Kendra, Hicksville; and Kelsey and Karley, at home.
The Schmidts will celebrate the special occasion with a family vacation to Hawaii in June.
