Monday, 9 p.m., on Jericho Road in Defiance County's Hicksville Township, a vehicle driven by Robert Morhart, 32, 503 Maple Lane, Hicksville, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Tuesday, 5:30 a.m., on Ohio 15 in Defiance County's Washington Township, a vehicle driven by Mary Brinkman, 57, 180 Hanna St., Ney, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Tuesday, 3:10 p.m., on U.S. 127 in Williams County's Pulaski Township, a vehicle driven by Kylee Collins, 17, Bryan, struck a motorcycle operated by Philip Bleikamp, 35, West Unity. Bleikamp sought his own treatment at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, where he was treated and released. Collins was cited for failure to yield. Damage was heavy to the motorcycle and moderate to Collins' vehicle.

Tuesday, 9:30 p.m., on Ohio 66 in Defiance County's Tiffin Township, a vehicle driven by Ronald Devault, 54, Stryker, struck and killed a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Tuesday, 9:35 p.m., on U.S. 127 in Defiance County's Washington Township, a vehicle driven by Howard Arend, 32, Sherwood, struck and killed a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Defiance Police

Tuesday, Amanda Diaz, 27, 1051 Ralston Ave., was charged with OVI and disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at the residence.

Tuesday, Kevin Ridgway, 31, 1035 Ottawa Ave., was charged with felony domestic violence following an alleged incident at the residence.

Defiance Sheriff

Today, Ricky Gambler, 23, Montpelier, was served a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court while housed at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Napoleon Police

Tuesday, a satellite radio was reported stolen from a vehicle at 204 Fifth St.

Fulton Sheriff

Today, around 9 a.m., on Ohio 108, just north of the Fulton-Henry County line, deputies were on the scene of a semi tractor-trailer rollover that involved one person with minor injuries. Due to the crash, Ohio 108 was experiencing intermittent closures. Further details were not available at press time.

Bryan Police

Today, David Blake, 46, 221 N. Lewis St., Bryan, was charged with felony OVI, driving under suspension, a stop sign violation, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana. He was taken to CCNO.

Williams Sheriff

Tuesday, 7:08 a.m., on Bryan Street, near Ohio 2, vehicles driven by Amanda Vanderpool, 16, Bryan, and Renee Criswell, 49, Stryker, collided. Vanderpool was cited for failure to yield. Damage was heavy to both vehicles.

Tuesday, 9 p.m., on Williams County Road 18, north of U.S. 20, a vehicle driven by Johnathon Hankey, 21, Pittsford, Mich., left the roadway, entered a field and rolled over. Hankey was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Tuesday, 9:45 p.m., on Ohio 15, near Williams County Road S, a vehicle driven by Deborah Weiss, 49, Camden, Mich., was stopped after striking a deer and struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Jamie Douglass, 29, Pioneer. Weiss was taken by Williams County EMS to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Montpelier, where she was treated and released. Douglass was cited for assured clear distance and driving under suspension. Damage was light to both vehicles.

Tuesday, 9:59 p.m., on U.S. 20A, near Williams County Road 19, a vehicle driven by Donna Raabe, 44, Montpelier, struck a mailbox, a culvert and a ditch. She was cited for OVI and failure to control. Damage was heavy.

Tuesday, Chad Wilcox, 29, Montpelier, was arrested on two warrants out of Bryan Municipal Court.

Tuesday, Anthony Guilford, Edon, reported the theft of a 2002 riding lawnmower, valued at $500, from his residence.

Tuesday, Oscar Silguero, Stryker, reported the theft of a 55-inch television, valued at $2,000, from his residence.

Putnam Sheriff

Tuesday, 6:05 p.m., on Putnam County Road 11, a motorcycle driven by Joshua Hadding, 29, Ottawa, went left of center and struck a guardrail. Hadding was transported by Ottawa EMS to St. Rita's Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center where he was listed in "fair" condition this morning. The accident remains under investigation.

Fire -- Tuesday, 11:08 p.m., firefighters were called to First Baptist Church, 1399 S. Jefferson Ave., for an alarm. Nothing was found.
