Sunday, 3:55 p.m., on U.S. 24 in Defiance County's Delaware Township, a vehicle driven by Jennifer Roan, 22, Bryan, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Jennifer Rodriquez, 52, Paulding. Roan was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was moderate to both vehicles.

Saturday, 12:02 p.m., in the 800 block of Deerwood Drive, vehicles driven by Andrew Fruth, 33, 27521 Flory Road, and Justin Green, 44, 702 E. High St., collided. Fruth was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was light to both vehicles.
Saturday, 2:09 p.m., at Clinton and Third streets, a vehicle driven by Dustin Mason, 20, Paulding, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Timothy Call, 48, 410 Williams St. Mason was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was light to both vehicles.
Sunday, 4:08 p.m., on Ottawa Avenue, near Cleveland Avenue, vehicles driven by Tom Maynard, 41, 23260 Breckler Road, and Sharmain Beckom, 17, 1628 Fairlawn St., collided. Maynard was taken by the Defiance Fire Department to Mercy Hospital of Defiance where a condition update was unavailable. Beckom was cited for a stop sign violation. Damage was heavy to both vehicles.
Sunday, Jeffery Moore, 32, 841 King St., was charged with OVI and open container in a motor vehicle following an incident in the parking lot of Spanky's, 120 Clinton St.
Sunday, Matthew Myers, 41, 646 Jefferson Ave., was charged with OVI following a traffic stop on Clinton Street.
Sunday, Chance Okuly, 26, 1214 S. Jackson Ave., was charged with OVI, driving under suspension, failure to control and leaving the scene of an accident following a one-vehicle accident in the 300 block of Cleveland Avenue. Defiance City Police K-9 Zeus assisted in locating Okuly after he fled the scene. He was taken to the Paulding County jail.
Sunday, Marc Wallen, 35, 137 Wabash Ave., was charged with OVI, endangering children and attempted burglary following an alleged incident on Holgate Avenue. He was taken to the Paulding County jail.

Saturday, 1:32 a.m. on Ohio 66, north of County Road G, a vehicle driven by Bryan Short, 31, 1065 Reynolds St., Napoleon, left the roadway and struck a ditch. The vehicle was not damaged.
Saturday, 4:46 p.m., on County Road G, west of U.S. 24, a vehicle driven by Roy Tibbits, 16, Swanton, struck a pothole, went off the side of the road and collided with a tree. The vehicle was moderately damaged.
Friday, officers were called to Liberty Center Middle School for an unruly juvenile.
Saturday, officers investigated damaged mailboxes on County Road U, near Liberty Center. At T-984 Liberty Township Road 10, a mailbox was taken.
Saturday, pop machines were reported damaged at Lally's Marina, 02518 Ohio 65, Damascus Township.
Saturday, an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from an apartment at 356 E. Randolph St., Hamler.

Sunday, 4:50 p.m., at Ohio 108 and LaGrange Street, a sport utility vehicle driven by Sara Sauber, 28, 134 Pontius Place, Napoleon, struck a truck driven by Jacob Fisher, 16, Q-041 County Road 16, Napoleon. Sauber was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to Fisher's vehicle was moderate and damage to Sauber's vehicle was light.
Sunday, Darrin Bailey, 33, Toledo, was arrested on a charge of DUI following a traffic stop at 123 Washington St.
Sunday, Raymond Rateno, 24, Sagamore Hill, was arrested on a charge of DUI following a traffic stop at 310 Glenwood Ave.

Saturday, 7:36 p.m., on Williams County Road P-50, a vehicle driven by Heather McCallister, 21, Montpelier, struck a tree. McCallister was cited for failure to control. Damage was heavy.
