Thursday, Fred Rodriguez, 22, 323 W. Broadway Ave., and Amber O'Dell, 25, 114 Clinton St., were charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at the Broadway residence. O'Dell was also served a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court. She posted bond and was released with a court date.

Defiance Sheriff

Thursday, Rachel Clemens, 28, 610 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court. She was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Henry Sheriff

Thursday, 4:39 a.m., on County Road U, west of County Road 18, a car driven by Alexander Ulrich, 21, 2 Eicher St., Archbold, struck a ditch. Ulrich was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Thursday, 5:13 p.m., at U.S. routes 6 and 24, a truck driven by Jose Jimenez, 49, Chicago, flipped on its side. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Thursday, a television was reported stolen in a garage break-in at 241 E. Hamilton Road, Deshler.

Napoleon Police

Thursday, 8:05 a.m. at Perry Street and Maumee Avenue, a car driven by Tracy Scott, 20, 457 Carter Road, Defiance, struck a car driven by Nicole Merrick, 23, B-869 County Road 6, Deshler. Scott was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Thursday, 10:02 a.m., at 1414 N. Scott St., a van driven by Patrick McCague, 43, Continental, struck a car driven by Everado Hernandez, 54, Defiance. McCauge was cited for failure to yield. Damage was heavy to Hernandez's vehicle and light to McCauge's.

Thursday, 2:13 p.m., at 650 LaGrange St., a bicycle driven by Kay Moser, 52, 724 W. Main St., Napoleon, struck a car driven by Betty Ashbaugh, 53, 130 E. Barnes Ave., Napoleon. Moser was transported by Napoleon Rescue to Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, where a condition update was unavailable. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Bryan Police

Thursday, Sonya Parsons, 36, 202 N. Baker St., was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court. She was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Williams Sheriff

Thursday, 11:55 a.m., on U.S. 6, east of Williams County Road 20, a vehicle driven by Mark Smalley, 50, Temperance, Mich., struck a deer. Damage was moderate.

Fire -- Thursday, 9:21 p.m., firefighters were called to the Trudy Bowie residence, 632 Martin St., for a sparking light fixture.

Napoleon City

Fire -- Thursday, 4:09 p.m., firefighters were called to the Hogrefe junkyard, 690 Riverview Avenue, to extinguish a car fire.

Henry Common Pleas

Jason Shank, 27, Weston, was sentenced to three years of community control after previously pleading guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.

Albert Davis, 26, Napoleon, was arraigned on a charge of rape, a first-degree felony. He pleaded not guilty and was granted a personal-recognizance bond. A preliminary hearing was set for June 3.

Brian Cook, 23, Liberty Center, was sentenced to three years of community control and given credit for time served after previously pleading guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

Ethan Roberts, 18, Deshler, pleaded guilty to 11 counts of vandalism, all fifth-degree felonies. His personal-recognizance bond was continued and sentencing was set for June 26.

Harvey Young, 31, Napoleon, pleaded guilty to five counts of vandalism, each a fifth-degree felony. His personal-recognizance bond was continued and sentencing was set for June 24.

Williams Common Pleas

Scott Ferguson, 41, Bryan, was sentenced to three years of community control for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Tommy Jones, 30, Montpelier, was sentenced to four years of prison on the charges of receiving stolen property and theft, both fifth-degree felonies, and two counts of burglary, both second-degree felonies.

Jimmie Pearly, 53, Bryan, was sentenced to three years of community control for trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Brandon John, 19, West Unity, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for June 4.

Robert Loyd Jr., 30, Bryan, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for June 10.

Brian Beattie, 48, Bryan, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents, a first-degree misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for June 5.

Shannon Fischer, 35, Edgerton, was sentenced to one year of community control for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony.

Marsha Love, 27, Bryan, was sentenced to three years of prison for illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony.
