Monday, 10:05 p.m., on U.S. 24 in Defiance County's Delaware Township, a vehicle driven by Katlin Allen, 18, Archbold, struck the rear of a slowed vehicle driven by Aaron Dunbar, 21, 220 W. Jefferson St., Paulding. Allen's passenger, Isabel Diaz, 15, Bryan, was taken by Delaware EMS to Defiance Regional Medical Center where a condition update was unavailable. Allen was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was heavy to Allen's vehicle and light to Dunbar's.

Monday, 7:51 a.m., at Fifth and Clinton streets, a Defiance City School bus driven by Larry Rowe, 61, 29039 Standley Road, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Rosemary Reiter, 32, 22904 McCollister Road, pushing it into the rear of a vehicle driven by Linda Davila, 46, 321 W. Sherwood Drive. Rowe was cited for failure to use care in starting. Damage was moderate to Reiter's and Davila's vehicles while the bus was not damaged.
Monday, Ryan Young, 28, 6909 Ohio 66, was charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at 1496 S. Jackson Ave.
Monday, Joshua Stocker, 27, 844 N. Clinton St., was arrested on a warrant out of Defiance.

Monday, Marlene Stuckey, West Unity, reported windows broke out of her combine. Loss was estimated at $500.
Monday, Thomas Diehl, Edon, reported a navigation device, miscellaneous CDs, a pair of sunglasses, two packs of cigarettes and change stolen from his vehicles. Loss is estimated at $239.

Monday, 7:06 p.m., at Keyser and Maple streets in Deshler, a car driven by Karen Glass, 20, 24906 Ohio 18, struck a car driven by Ralph Pendleton, 65, 429 N. Park St., Deshler. Damage to both vehicles was moderate.
Monday, Evelyn Anglemyre, 51, Liberty Center, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at 450 Second St., Texas.

Paulding Common Pleas
Kenneth Knapp, 44, Paulding County Jail, pleaded not guilty to two counts of theft, each a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 9 and trial for June 17.
Robert Hahn, 43, Paulding County Jail, pleaded not guilty to theft, a fourth-degree felony, and receiving stolen property and breaking and entering, both fifth-degree felonies. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 9 and trial for June 10. His bond was set at $100,000, with no 10 percent provision.
Williams Common Pleas
Lisa Frye, 41, West Unity, was sentenced to 17 months of prison for misuse of credit cards, a fourth-degree felony.
Robert Houston, 37, Montpelier, was sentenced to six months of prison for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.
Jeremy Litchfield, 19, Archbold, pleaded guilty to arson, a fourth degree felony; and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for June 5.

In Monday's report on the Saturday accident handled by the Ohio Highway Patrol, on Ohio 18 at 4:35 p.m., there was actually a second passenger in the Frank Boardwine vehicle that was transported. Eric Wimmer, 15, of Sherwood, was taken by Sherwood EMS to Mercy Hospital of Defiance. A condition update was unavailable.
