Saturday, 4:35 p.m., on Ohio 18 in Defiance County's Delaware Township, a vehicle driven by Richard Cline, 80, 1702 East Second St., Defiance, traveled left of center and struck a vehicle driven by Frank Boardwine, 49, 130 S. Rock St., Sherwood. Boardwine was taken by air ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where he was no longer listed as a patient this morning. His passenger, Korie Worth, 14, Sherwood, was taken by Sherwood EMS to Mercy Hospital of Defiance, and Cline and his passenger, Catherine Cline, 79, 1702 E. Second St., were taken by Delaware Township EMS to Defiance Regional Medical Center; condition updates were unavailable. Cline was cited for failure to drive within marked lanes. Damage was heavy to both vehicles.
Sunday, 12:20 a.m., on Harding Road in Defiance Township, a vehicle driven by Gary Mast, 62, Cecil, struck and killed a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Friday, 12:17 p.m., at North Clinton and High Streets, a vehicle driven by Michael Culler, 25, Sherwood, struck a bicycle operated by Cory Westgate, 19, 1855 E. Second St. Westgate was cited for failure to be obedient to traffic rules. Damage was light to the vehicle and moderate to the bike.
Saturday, 10:17 a.m., on West Second Street at Wayne Avenue, a vehicle driven by Michelle Miler, 27, 1304 Henry St., was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Gary Aden, 56, 225 Osceola Ave. Miler was taken by the Defiance Fire Department to Mercy Hospital of Defiance where a condition update was unavailable. Aden was cited for assured clear distance ahead. The vehicles were not damaged.
Saturday, 2:11 p.m., at Holgate Avenue and Division Street, a vehicle driven by Sarah Strausbaugh, 18, 07050 Carpenter Road, struck a sign and a utility pole after allegedly leaning over to plug in a cell phone. Strausbaugh was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Saturday, 3:29 p.m., at Jefferson Avenue and Fourth Street, vehicles driven by Dorothy Love, 43, 07764 Ohio 15, and Bernard Carpenter Jr., 74, 1710 Durango Drive, collided. Carpenter was cited for a turning violation. Damage was moderate to both vehicles.
Saturday, 9:51 p.m., in the 1500 block of Terrawenda Drive, a vehicle driven by Darion Collins, 14, 1548 Terrawenda Drive, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Morgan Peffley, 2241 Evergreen Drive. Collins was cited for failure to use care in starting. Damage was light to both vehicles.
Sunday, Gabriel Shank, 29, Colorado Springs, Colo., was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated following an alleged incident on Clinton Street.
Today, Joshua Stocker, 27, 844 N. Clinton St., was arrested on a Defiance Municipal Court bench warrant and also charged with possession of marijuana following an alleged incident on North Clinton Street.

Friday, Joshua Blair, 20, and Kurtis Graber, 20, both of Hicksville, were charged with underage consumption following an alleged incident at a residence in the 700 block of North Main Street.
Friday, Vern Speaker Jr., 20, Hicksville, was charged with assault following an alleged incident in the 400 block of South Bryan Street.

Friday, 12:11 p.m., on County Road T, east of County Road 5-B, a truck driven by Ronald Moore, 60, U-484 County Road 4, Liberty Center, struck a car driven by Karen Cron, 20, 4=264 County Road T, Liberty Center. Moore was cited for improper backing. Damage to both vehicles was light.
Saturday, 10:41 p.m., on County Road S, west of Ohio 108, a car driven by Johnny Browning, 24, 76 Cedarbrook Drive, Napoleon, struck a ditch while attempting a U-turn. He was charged with failure to control and OVI. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Sunday, 3:41 a.m., at 413 W. Clinton St., a car owned by Richard Weber, 413 W. Clinton St., Napoleon, was struck by an unknown vehicle which left the scene. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.
Sunday, 10:43 a.m., at Perry and Washington streets, a car driven by Mary Delventhal, 78, 1040 S. Perry St., Napoleon, struck a sport utility vehicle driven by Trudy Wachtmann, 52, 550 Euclid Ave., Napoleon. Delventhal was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was light.
Friday, Sarah Salinas, 19, and Angelica Salinas, 18, both of Napoleon, each was arrested on a charge of theft after an alleged incident at Wal-Mart, 1815 Scott St.
Saturday, Devon Willis, 23, Hamler, was arrested on a charge of failure to pay on an original charge of driving under suspension.
Saturday, Wesley Murrey, 24, Napoleon, was arrested on a charge of DUI following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Main Street.
Sunday, Lisa Gonzales, 34, Defiance, was arrested on a charge of DUI following a traffic stop at 1728 W. Riverview Ave.
Sunday, Brian Gilbert, 19, Napoleon, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay.

Fire -- Sunday, 9:53 p.m., firefighters were called to 1923 S. Jefferson Ave. for a landscape waste fire.

Fire -- Sunday, 9:52 p.m., at 2-290 Ohio 65, firefighters were called to extinguish a controlled burn that was left unattended.
