Laney was taken by Williams County EMS to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, where he was treated and released. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.
Saturday, 9:30 p.m., on Williams County Road 7.50 in Superior Township, a vehicle driven by Raymond Reed, 19, Montpelier, struck a pole. Reed was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Saturday, 11:20 p.m., at Williams County Roads A and 15 in Pulaski Township, a vehicle driven by Irene Streeter, 79, Edgerton, struck a ditch. Streeter was taken by Delaware EMS to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, where she was treated and released. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Saturday, Dustin Mansfield, 21, Montpelier, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Alyssa Delos Santos, 18, 808 Jefferson Ave., was charged with underage possession of alcohol and a 17-year-old Defiance female was charged with delinquency by means of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following an alleged incident at 700 Kiser Road.

Friday, 3:13 p.m., at Chicago and Keyser streets in Holgate, a police car driven by Roger Weirich, 51, I-335 Ohio 65, Deshler, struck a bicycle driven by Isaiah Meyers, 11, 207 Cherry St., Holgate. Meyers was transported by Holgate EMS to Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, where a condition update was unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was light. Meyers injuries were non-incapacitating.
Saturday, 1:03 a.m., on Township Road 3-A, south of County Road P, a car driven by Cory Mendoza, 19, 321 Reed St., McClure, overturned in a field. Mendoza was cited for OVI and underage consumption. Mendoza and a passenger, Caitlyn Rippee, 18, 505 Buckeye Lane, Napoleon, were transported by McClure Rescue to Henry County Hospital where their conditions were unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Friday, a 13-year-old Liberty Center male was charged with delinquency by means of domestic violence and assault afer an alleged incident at 103 Young St., Liberty Center.
Saturday. 4:22 a.m., at K-238 Township Road 10, a car operated by an unknown driver and owned by Brian Kruse, 7-632 County Road K, Malinta, struck a ditch. The driver fled the scene. The vehicle was reportedly stolen. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Saturday, Lindsey Tibbs, 19, Toledo, and Stephanie Kincaid, 19, Genoa, were charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at 3701 Woodlawn St., McClure. They were both taken to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Defiance Common Pleas
Cindi Finnegan, 36, 1024 Riverside Ave., pleaded guilty to obstructing justice and permitting drug abuse, each a first-degree misdemeanor, according to Prosecutor Jeff Strausbaugh's office. She was given a suspended one-year jail sentence, fined $1,000 and placed on unsupervised probation for three years. She admitted that she concealed evidence at her residence during an investigation and allowed cocaine to be possessed at her home.
Michael Leitner, 33, 344 E. Rosewood Ave., appeared for sentencing on charges of burglary, a fourth-degree felony, and assault, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on community control for three years and placed on electronic home monitoring for 90 days. Leitner entered a residence on Powell View Drive without the owner's permission and struck an occupant.
Shelley McMillen, 44, 14322 Buckskin Road, appeared for sentencing on three counts of trafficking in drugs (oxymorphone), all fourth-degree felonies. She was placed on community control for four years and ordered to make $320 in restitution for drug sales to an undercover informant.
Chad Moore, 23, Mark Center, appeared for sentencing on a charge of burglary, a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years and ordered to have no contact with the victim. Moore was convicted of entering a Hicksville residence without permission and striking his girlfriend.
Anthony Silva, 34, 2002 Baltimore Road, appeared for sentencing on a charge of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years and ordered to have no contact with the victim except as necessary for child visitation. Silva admitted that he struck his live-in girlfriend.
Adam Coressel, 18, 905 Lincoln Drive, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 30 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
