Saturday, 5:30 a.m., on Hill Road in Defiance County's Highland Township, a vehicle driven by Aaron Becher, 36, 13656 North St., Defiance, struck a ditch. Becher was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Saturday, 9:40 p.m., on Ohio 15 in Defiance County's Washington Township, a vehicle driven by Norman Brown, 68, 05231 Mulligans Bluff Road, Ney, struck a deer that continued on. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Sunday, 6:40 a.m., on Ohio 18 in Defiance Township, a vehicle driven by Pauline Joost, 55, Mark Center, struck a deer that continued on. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Sunday, 3:34 p.m., on Watson Road, near Ohio 66 in Defiance County's Defiance Township, vehicles driven by George Shook, 76, 29268 Ohio 281, Defiance, and Linda Miller, 60, Antwerp, collided. Shook was cited for failure to yield. Damage was moderate to both vehicles.

Sunday, 11:46 p.m., on U.S. 127 in Defiance County's Washington Township, a vehicle driven by Rebecca Stuart, 48, Cecil, struck and killed a deer. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Saturday, 1:03 p.m., on North Clinton Street, near Stadium Drive, a vehicle driven by Kevin McGhee, 23, 22711 Garman Road, struck the rear of a stopped vehicle driven by Aaron Osborn, 19, 15617 Defiance County Road 201, pushing it into the rear of a stopped vehicle driven by Kristin Boldman, 28, 213 Main St. McGhee was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was heavy to McGhee's vehicle and light to Osborn's and Boldman's.

Saturday, 3:23 p.m., on South Clinton Street, near Shultz Street, a vehicle driven by Justin Leskow, 19, 24428 Bowman Road, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Bryan Flory, 22, 2205 Riviera Drive. Leskow was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was moderate to Leskow's vehicle and light to Flory's.

Saturday, 7:08 p.m., at the South Clinton Street CSX Railroad viaduct, the load on a semi driven by Andrew Ladd, 33, Sherwood, struck the viaduct and ejected the trailer. Ladd was cited for assured clear distance ahead. The vehicle was not damaged.

Saturday, police investigated the report of damage to the Sam Hornish Memorial, the Healing Heart Angel and the Victims Memorial at Pontiac Park.

Saturday, Dustin Gonzalez, 22, 709 Hopkins St., was arrested on a felony warrant out of Wood County and also charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident on Hopkins Street.

Saturday, Tyler Moss, 20, 220 W. Rosewood Ave., was charged with driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Perry Street.

Sunday, Marcus Butler, 25, 609 Martin St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear following an incident at 111 Hill Ave. He was taken to the Paulding County jail.

Sunday, two 9-year-old Defiance boys were charged with delinquency by means of criminal mischief following an alleged incident in the 800 block of Holgate Avenue.

Sunday, Darius King, 29, 872 E. Riverview Drive, Napoleon, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with resisting arrest.

Sunday, Shelley Cordray, 613 Santa Fe Place, reported the theft of her son's basketball hoop, valued at $200.

Sunday, Jameson Cook, 20, 19784 Defiance County Road 198, was charged with underage consumption and a probation violation following a disturbance on Hopkins Street. He was taken to the Paulding County jail.

Sunday, Jodi Altaffer, 37, Montpelier, was charged with OVI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and a turning violation following a traffic stop on East Second Street.

Sunday, Roberto Ramirez, 41, 9241/2 Holgate Ave., was charged with OVI and driving under suspension following an alleged incident at 2100 Baltimore Road.

Friday, Frank Villarreal, 37, Defiance, was arrested on a warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court.

Saturday, Jennifer Adkins, 23, Defiance, was charged with disorderly conduct following a disturbance on Ohio 66.

Saturday, while at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker, Phillip Koonce, 28, Toledo, was served a warrants out of Defiance Municipal Court and Defiance Common Pleas Court.

Sunday, Marcus Butler, 25, Defiance, was served a warrant out of Defiance Common Pleas Court.

Hicksville Police

Saturday, Jarrett Conner, 22, Hicksville, was charged with driving under suspension and no headlight following a traffic stop.

Sunday, Adrien Nehls, 26, Antwerp, was charged with OVI, left of center and driving under suspension following a traffic stop.

Sunday, Tonya Willis, 28, Hicksville, was charged with left of center, driving under suspension and falsification. She was also arrested on warrants out of Defiance and Bryan municipal courts.

Henry Sheriff

Saturday, 1:54 a.m., on Ohio 65 in Harrison Township, a vehicle driven by Matthew Contreras, 16, Deshler, struck a ditch. Contreras was cited for failure to control. Amount of damage to the vehicle was not reported.

Sunday, 7:56 a.m., on County Road 3 in Bartlow Township, a vehicle driven by Terry Woltmann, 45, Deshler, struck a small ditch and rolled. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, a complaint of a subject taking pictures through windows was received from 410 N. Brayer St., Holgate.

Napoleon Police

Saturday, Amber Dennie, 21, Napoleon, was charged with falsification and Sara Blease, 20, Napoleon, was charged with offenses involving underage after an alleged incident at Orchard Lane and West Riverview Avenue.

Saturday. Jordan Henry, 18, Holgate, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an alleged incident on Glen Arbors Drive.

Sunday, Timothy Lyons, 28, Napoleon, was charged with domestic violence and resisting after an alleged incident at 538 Huddle Road.

Sunday, Joey Branham, 49, Napoleon, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at Depot and Hobson streets.

Saturday, Terry Branham, 41, Napoleon, was arrested on a warrant from Napoleon Municipal Court for failure to pay.

Bryan Police

Friday, Ray Ridgway, 47, Bryan, was charged with theft and also arrested on warrants out of Bryan Municipal Court and Fulton County. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Saturday, Don Shannon, 23, 353 E. High St., Bryan, was charged with OVI and driving under suspension.

Saturday, Lisa Buchanan, 25, 102 Westview St., Bryan, was charged with OVI and left of center. Approximately one hour later she was again charged with OVI and driving under suspension. She was released both times.

Sunday, Marcella Moreno, 19, 619 Sugar St., Paulding, was charged with OVI, driving under suspension and a red light violation.

Sunday, Katherine Torres, 18, 520 Wayne St., Paulding, was charged with underage consumption.

Sunday, Mark Shadbolt, 22, Montpelier, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Williams Sheriff

Friday, 10:50 p.m., on Williams County Road 17, a vehicle driven by Jeremy Hand, 19, West Unity, went into a ditch. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 7:12 a.m., on U.S. 20, north of U.S. 20A, a vehicle driven by Joshua Yount, 24, Dubois, Pa., overturned. Yount was cited for OVI, no seatbelt and failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Friday, James Braun, Edon, reported his vehicle stolen from the parking lot of PTC Plastics, 03047 Williams County Road K, Edon. The incident remains under investigation.

Napoleon

Fire -- Saturday, 3:42 p.m., firefighters were called to a small fire that broke out in a closet inside the AMVETS building, 2250 Scott St. The fire was extinguished by the building's sprinkler system. Damage was $1,000 or less.
