Services for former Defiance resident Richard Michael "Dick" Ryan, 69, will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Defiance, on Thursday at 11 a.m., with burial in Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 9-11 a.m. Ryan died May 12 in San Antonio, Texas.
Preferred memorials are to the Evelyn Ryan Endowment at Defiance College, c/o Director of Planned Giving, 701 N. Clinton St., Defiance, Ohio 43512.
