The Defiance Area Society for the Handicapped (DASH) loans out medical equipment, such as walkers, wheelchairs and canes, at no charge to Defiance County residents. A similar program exists in Henry and Fulton counties. Here, Alma Seimet, of DASH, shows some of the available equipment.
