Former Defiance resident Fern Petry Duncan, 71, Arlington, Texas, died Tuesday, November 3, 2009, in the Medical Center of Arlington. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 7, 2009, in Mast-Mock-Hoffman-Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance, with Apostle O. Michael Smith officiating.
