Defiance Police
Friday, 3:04 p.m., at East Second and Richland streets, a vehicle driven by Joseph Koester, 18, 1641 Stonemore Drive, ran a red light and struck a car driven by Mary Carpenter, 19, Liberty Center. Koester was cited for a red light violation.
Friday, Amber Eldridge, 13, 731 Jackson Ave., was charged with delinquency by means of felonious assault, after allegedly assaulting another juvenile at 1221 Ayersville Ave.
Friday, Christopher Fockler, 29, Paulding, was charged with OVI, driving under suspension and loud exhaust following a traffic stop.
Friday, Kyle Krabill, 860 Summit St., was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.
Friday, Michael Breininger, 53, 14414 County Road 171, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a scheduled II narcotic, a fifth-degree felony, following a traffic stop. He was also arrested on a Putnam County warrant.
Friday, Brenda Carrisalez, 43, 700 Kiser Road, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Village Lane.
Friday, Tracy Wagner, 44, 10490 Haller Road, was arrested on a Defiance Municipal Court bench warrant.
Friday, Clinton Gates, 28, 1464 Mustang Drive, was arrested on a Defiance Municipal Court bench warrant.
