GROVER HILL -- An Arkansas man was killed Tuesday night in a single-vehicle crash that occurred in Paulding County's Latty Township.

Charles Bays, 47, Hot Springs, Ark., was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by county Coroner Dr. Joseph Kuhn, reports troopers from the Van Wert post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.

According to troopers, at 8:42 p.m. Bays was traveling east on County Road 24 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car a half mile east of Ohio 637. The vehicle went off the left side of the roadway, struck several rocks and overturned, ejecting the victim.
