Kesler perfect in a 16-0 win at Fostoria

FOSTORIA -- John Kesler threw a perfect game and the Napoleon River Bandits pounded out 17 hits in a dominating 16-0 win over Fostoria on Tuesday.

Kesler (Edon) struck out 12 in helping the Bandits move to 13-3 on the season.

Quinn Nofziger (Pettisville), Austin Bower (Patrick Henry) and Lucas Willitzer (Tinora) all had three hits for Napoleon, which plays against Adrian tonight at Adrian College before heading north to play in the Escanaba Tournament in the upper peninsula Friday through Sunday.
