Sunday, 10:20 a.m., on Defiance County Road 424, east of Overly Road, a van driven by Beline Nieto, 16, Laredo, Texas, struck a utility pole. Nieto was cited for no driver's license and failure to control. He was taken by Jewell EMS to Defiance Regional Medical Center where his condition was unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 1 a.m., on Ohio 15 in Defiance County's Noble Township, a car driven by Tara Garcia, 26, 225 Carter Ave., Defiance, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Sunday, 6:30 a.m., on U.S. 20-A, east of County Road 13, in Williams County's Brady Township, a sport utility vehicle driven by Sandra Oxendor, 63, West Unity, struck a parked snowmobile owned by Brad Ruger, Fayette. Oxender was cited for failure to control. Damage to her vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 8:35 a.m., on Williams County Road F, east of County Road 19.50, a car driven by Patricia Coopman, 56, 402 Washington St., Stryker, struck small bushes and trees. Coopman was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Sunday, a 15-year-old Defiance male was charged with domestic violence by menacing after an alleged incident at 210 Greer St. He was taken to the juvenile detention center.

Sunday, Russell Jones, 29, Defiance, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Stadium Drive. He was taken to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Sunday, 12:17 a.m., on County Road L, west of County Road 12, a car driven by Chelsea LaRoe, 18, 12-389 County Road K, Napoleon, struck a utility pole and a ditch. LaRoe and a passenger, Haley Hopkins, 18, 205 N. Turkeyfoot Ave., Malinta, were transported by Malinta EMS to Henry County Hospital where their conditions were unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 1:24 a.m., on U.S. 24 in Liberty Township, a semi driven by Jerrie-Anne Chauvin, 38, Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada, jacknifed. A passenger, Todd Fletcher, 37, Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada, was transported by Liberty Rescue to Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, where his condition was unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Sunday, 7:55 a.m., on County Road 10, south of County Road T in Liberty Township, a car driven by Thomas Oberhaus, 45, 105 Briarcliff Drive, Liberty Center, rolled on its side. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 8:22 a.m., on County Road 13, south of County Road S, a car driven by Sandra Martinez, 49, 12-492 County Road T, Napoleon, struck a ditch. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 10:06 a.m., on County Road K, west of County Road 21-N, a truck driven by Michelle Miller, 36, 412 S. Main St., West Unity, struck a road sign, utility pole and telephone box. Miller was transported by Medic 3 to Fulton County Health Center for treatment for chest pains. Her condition was unavailable and damage to the vehicle was heavy.
