BOWLING GREEN -- Five persons, including at least one local woman, were injured northwest of here following a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon. Marcia Rosebrock, 20, Hicksville, and Katelyn McKee, age and address unavailable, were taken by air ambulance to the University of Toledo Medical Center, Toledo, according to the Wood County Sheriff's Office. However, their conditions were unavailable Saturday night due to privacy laws. Also taken to St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee, was one of the drivers, Heidi Thomas, 36, address unavailable. However, hospital personnel said she was not a patient there Saturday night. Two other persons -- Allyson Macke, 20, address unavailable, the driver of the other vehicle, and Michelle Brillon, 20, Lorain -- were taken to Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. Attempts to determine their conditions Saturday night was unsuccessful. Sheriff's deputies said the crash occurred at Ohio 64 and Bishop Road, just northwest of Bowling Green, around 3:34 p.m. Friday, when a car driven by Macke failed to yield the right-of-way to Thomas's Jeep. The crash remains under investigation. Comments
