Sunday, 2:50 p.m., on Ohio 49 in Williams County's Florence Township, a vehicle driven by Robert Swager, 40, Hillsdale, Mich., struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Monday, 8:40 p.m., on Williams County Road 13 in Pulaski Township, a vehicle driven by Jeremy Hand, 20, West Unity, struck and killed a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Saturday, Pedro Ramirez, 39, 615 Elbert St., was charged with aggravated menacing following an alleged incident on Elbert Street.

Saturday, Kevin Crites, 28, 20721 Buckskin Road, was charged with violation of a protection order following an alleged incident at 1804 N. Clinton St. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Saturday, Kyle Crase, 19, 18781 County Road 153, was charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest, menacing and criminal trespassing following an alleged incident at 484 Pontiac Drive.

Saturday, Christopher Fryer, 31, 08622 Ohio 66, was charged with theft following an alleged incident at Meijer, 137 Elliott Road.

Sunday, Larry Partee, 43, 736 Summit St., was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Sunday, Todd Erman, 51, Bryan, was charged with OVI, open container and loud exhaust following a traffic stop on Wayne Avenue.

Monday, Tom Kloeppel, 813 Summit St., reported the theft of $300 from his vehicle while it was parked at the residence.

Monday, Rick Rivera, Defiance, reported the windshield on his vehicle cracked while it was parked at Northtowne Mall, 1500 N. Clinton St.

Monday, Gary Richard, 42, 1203 Ralston Ave., was charged with menacing and disorderly conduct following an incident at Spanky's Bar. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Today, Bilan Mclaughlin, 25, 104 Hill St., was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated following an alleged incident at 128 Van Buren St.

Today, Debra Lopez, 29, Ottawa, was arrested on a warrant out of Henry County Municipal Court for failure to appear. She was turned over to the Napoleon Police Department.

Defiance Sheriff

Friday, Brandon Headley, 26, Defiance, was charged with disorderly conduct and driving under suspension following an alleged incident on Gerken Road in Adams Township.

Saturday, Charles Dawson, 35, Houma, La., and Rocky Martinez, 48, 610 Grover Ave., Defiance, were extradited back to Ohio from Louisiana on felony warrants out of Defiance County Common Pleas Court.

Hicksville Police

Sunday, Joshua Blackburn, 24, Gary Court, S.C., was charged with five counts of aggravated menacing, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, carrying concealed weapon and disorderly conduct following an alleged incident in the area of West Arthur and Sholl Terrace.

Saturday, Eric Gossman, 26, Napoleon, was arrested on a warrant for assault.

Saturday, Jason Miller, 33, Cincinnati, was arrested on a warrant for assault after an alleged incident at 301 East St., Liberty Center.

Saturday, Evelyn Anglemyre, 51, Texas village, was charged with violating a court order and resisting arrest after an alleged incident at 450 Second St., Texas.

Monday, Ryan Huber, 29, Deshler, was charged with OVI after a traffic stop at North Clinton and Perry streets.

Today, Debra Lopez, 29, Ottawa, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay. She was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, Stryker.

Williams Sheriff

Sunday, Brent Myers, Pioneer, reported his mailbox and a 12-foot maple tree damaged. Estimated loss is $150.

Monday, 8:45 p.m., on Williams County Road D, east of Williams County Road 12, a vehicle driven by Chris Brown, 54, Bryan, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Monday, Adam Custer, Bryan, reported someone removed the padlock on his storage unit and stole a 42-inch Sanyo flat screen TV and an emerald cut mother's ring. Loss is estimated at $780.

Monday, Adam Olds, Bryan, reported the lock on his storage unit cut off. Stolen were 300 music CDs, an ice fishing auger, ice fishing shelter, 10 ice fishing rods and reels, one tacklebox and a propane heater. Estimated loss is $5,160.

Defiance

Fire -- Saturday, 10:07 p.m., firefighters were called to Kissner's Restaurant, 542 Clinton St., for a smoke investigation on the second floor. An overheated light ballast was located.

Fire -- Sunday, 2:43 a.m., firefighters were called to Defiance College's Whitney Hall, 881 Webster St., for an alarm. A pull station was activated on the second floor.
