Paulding County Admitted Monday -- Evelyn Warts, Payne. * Police reports State Patrol Thursday, 6:34 p.m., on Christy Road, near Breckler Road in Defiance County's Noble Township, a vehicle driven by Christy Foltz, 30, 205 Lancelot Drive, went off the roadway and struck a tree. Foltz was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was moderate. Defiance Police Monday, 4:04 p.m., on North Clinton Street, near the U.S. 24 east on-ramp, a vehicle driven by Michael Westrick, 58, 516 Harrison Ave., was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Jared Conley, 20, 15539 Harris Road. Conley was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was light to Westrick's vehicle and moderate to Conley's. Monday, Alfred Conner, 09620 Glenburg Road, was charged with a protection order violation following an alleged incident at 844 North Clinton St. Monday, Trudy Bowie, 28, 632 Martin St., was charged with passing bad checks. Monday, Rosita Torres, 52, 620 Logan St., was charged with passing bad checks. Defiance Sheriff Monday, Clifford Booth, 42, Continental, was arrested on a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court. Henry Sheriff Monday, 10:47 a.m., at Ohio 34 and County Road 24, vehicles driven by Jason Fortman, 26, 785 Village Lane, Defiance, and Tacia Muehfeld, 18, 12522 County Road 4, Edon, collided. Muehfeld was transported by Ridgeville rescue to Community Hospitals and Wellness Center, Bryan, where her condition was unavailable. A passenger in Fortman's vehicle, Jessica Fortman, 27, Defiance, was transported by Archbold rescue to Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon, where her condition was unavailable. Fortman was cited for failure to yield. Damage to both vehicles was heavy. Monday, a burglary was reported at R-952 County Road 3, Washington Township. Monday, Gabriel Rivera, 32, Wauseon, was arrested on a warrant from the Maumee Police Department. Monday, Eric Walters, 22, Delphos, was arrested by the Fort Jennings Police Department on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. Monday, Gabriel Goens, 30, Liberty Center, was arrested by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. Today, Shelia Rosebrook, 35, Hamler, was cited for OVI following a traffic stop at 125 S. First St., Hamler. Napoleon Police Monday, 4:02 p.m., at West Riverview and Haley avenues, a truck driven by Howard Pfost, 95, 416 E. Oak St., Wauseon, struck a car driven by Megan Behnfeldt, 17, 1075 Westchester Ave., Napoleon. Pfost was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was heavy. Williams Sheriff Monday, 9:07 p.m., on Ohio 34, east of Williams County Road 16, a vehicle driven by Robert Secoy, 61, Bryan, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate. Monday, Raymond Poole, 22, West Unity, was charged with felony domestic violence. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. Monday, Jeffrey Sutcliffe, 31, Bryan, was arrested on a warrant on indictment out of Williams County for three counts of trafficking felony drugs. * Court results Defiance Municipal Court Jody Shaneyfelt, 37, 423 W. High St., was bound over to Defiance County grand jury after he waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of domestic violence, a third-degree felony. His bond was continued. Paulding Common Pleas Nathan Wappelhorst Sr., 26, whose last known address was 505 Orchard St., apt. 23, Payne, was sentenced to five years of community control and 30 days in jail for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. He was also ordered to make all current child support payments and satisfy all arrearages and submit to drug tests. Zachary Martinez, 20, address unavailable, had his judicial release granted and was sentenced to three years of community control and up to six months at the WORTH Center. He was also ordered to undergo substance abuse treatment and submit to drug tests. In December, he was sentenced to three years each for two counts of burglary, a second-degree felony; 11 months for forgery, a fifth-degree felony; and three years for theft, a third-degree felony.
