State Patrol
Tuesday, 7:20 p.m., on Ohio 18 in Defiance County's Noble Township, a vehicle driven by Cole Limber, 16, 13800 Fullmer Road, Defiance, struck a ditch and overturned. Limber was taken by the Defiance Fire Department to the Defiance Regional Medical Center where a condition update was unavailable. He was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Monday, Craig Bishop, 42, 1305 Terrace Drive, was charged with using weapons while intoxicated and disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

Tuesday, Scott Lewis Jr., 25, and Henry Ferguson, 35, both of Defiance, were charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at 700 Kiser Road.

Tuesday, Darren Peacore, 23, 1000 Ralston Ave., was arrested on a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court for failure to appear. He posted bond and was released with a court date.

Tuesday, Anthony Garcia Jr., 24, 10687 First St., was charged with assault following an alleged incident on Pontiac Drive. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Tuesday, Joshua Stocker, 27, 844 N. Clinton St., was charged with two counts of aggravated menacing following an alleged incident at the residence. He was taken to CCNO.

Tuesday, Verle Harner with Hilltop Printing, 1815 Baltimore St., reported someone stole all the copper from an air conditioner unit on the property. The incident remains under investigation.

Tuesday, April Fox-Hogle, 27, 807 Harrison Ave., was arrested on a bench warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court for failure to appear.

Today, Andrea Martinez, 20, San Antonio, Texas, was charged with underage consumption following an alleged incident at Perry and Second streets.

Henry Sheriff
Tuesday, 8:33 p.m., on County Road 1, north of County Road D, a car driven by Karyn Davis, 21, V-712 County Road 3, Liberty Center, struck a ditch. She was taken by Medic 1 to Henry County Hospital where her condition was unavailable. Davis was cited for driving on a closed road. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Tuesday, 3:01 p.m., at Ohio 66 and U.S. 6, a car driven by Jessica Wolfrum, 28, 337 Harding St., Defiance, struck a car driven by Cherise Bowman, 19, 151 W. Rosewood Ave., Defiance. Damage to both vehicles was moderate.
