Sunday, 12:05 a.m., on U.S. 20A in Holiday City, a vehicle driven by Carol Ann Ignasiak, 49, Bryan, struck and killed a deer. Damage was heavy to the vehicle.

Sunday, 1:40 p.m., on Paulding County Road 123 in Paulding, a scooter driven by Carol Brehm, 56, 13584 Nancy St., Paulding, crashed. Brehm was taken by air ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where she was not listed as a patient this morning. The accident remains under investigation.

Sunday, 4:25 p.m., at Ohio 15 and Mulligans Bluff Road in Defiance County's Washington Township, vehicles driven by Gregory Noneman, 19, 15589 Roland Road, Sherwood, and Laurie Pokornik, 39, Bryan, collided. Noneman was cited for failure to yield the right. Damage was heavy to both vehicles.

Monday, 5:40 a.m., on Ohio 424 in Defiance County's Richland Township, a vehicle driven by Stephanie Klinger, 24, 415 Tacoma Ave., struck a deer that continued on. Damage was light.

Monday, 8:15 p.m., on Williams County Road I in Superior Township, a vehicle, owned by Jessica Lucas, Montpelier, struck a ditch and rolled to its top. The driver left the scene. The accident remains under investigation. Damage was heavy to the vehicle.

Monday, 8:40 p.m., on Ohio 18 in Defiance County's Richland Township, a vehicle driven by Paula Conrad, 54, Garrett, Ind., struck a deer. Damage was heavy to the vehicle.

Sunday, 2:58 p.m., at North Clinton Street and the Walgreens access drive, a vehicle driven by James Myers, 57, Oakwood, was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Stephen Haines, 24, 1079 Anthony Wayne Blvd. Haines was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was light to both vehicles.

Sunday, 7:50 p.m., on Jefferson Avenue, near Fifth Street, a vehicle driven by William Looser, 52, Fort Jennings, struck a vehicle driven by Marlon Graves, 18, 28431 Blanchard Drive, then both vehicles struck a stopped vehicle driven by Sarah Aschemeier, 24, 207 Hilton Ave. Graves was cited for failure to yield. Damage was heavy to Graves' and Aschemeier's vehicles and light to Looser's.

Saturday, James Gonzalez, 20, 700 Kiser Road, was charged with OVI, and Alicia Miranda, 20, Napoleon, was charged with underage consumption following a traffic stop on North Clinton Street.

Sunday, Bruce Barcia, 27, Montpelier, was charged with domestic violence following an alleged incident at 8211/2 Harrison Ave.

Sunday, Nathan Brown, 20, 120 Van Buren St., was charged with telecommunications harassment and criminal damaging. Brown was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Sunday, Julia Schutt, 43, 10521/2 Harrison Ave., was charged with OVI and marked lanes of travel following a traffic stop on South Jackson Avenue.

Sunday, Daniel Gutierrez, 24, 700 Ralston Ave., was charged with OVI and no headlights at night following a traffic stop.

Sunday, Brian Iliff, 28, Napoleon, and Isaac Hinojosa, 27, 1540 Palmer Drive, were charged with open container in a public place following an incident on Auglaize Street.

Sunday, Jorge Tenorio, 29, 823 Wayne Ave., was charged with open container in a public place following an alleged incident on the 300 block of Summit Street.

Monday, Chelsie Herge, 19, 622 Ottawa Ave., was charged with three counts of misuse of a credit card following an investigation from an incident on May 8.

Monday, Chad Wiseman, 30, 21717 Ohio 18, was charged with OVI and open container following a traffic stop on First Street.

Saturday, 1:19 p.m., on private property on Haviland Road in Defiance Township, a three-wheeler driven by Jacob Taylor, 15, Paulding, struck the gate of a fence and rolled. Taylor was ejected. He was taken by the Defiance Fire Department to Defiance Regional Medical Center where a condition update was unavailable. Damage was light.

Saturday, Shanna Walpole, 27, 1733 Sunshine Lane, was charged with OVI and failure to drive in marked lanes following a traffic stop on Baltimore Road.

Sunday, Kesea Jones, 19, Cecil, was arrested on a warrant out of Defiance Municipal Court following a traffic stop. She was unable to post bond and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Monday, Nicholas Sisco, 22, 315 Carter Ave., was charged with using weapons while intoxicated and aggravated menacing following an alleged incident on Watson Road.

Saturday, 3:32 p.m., on Williams County Road M-50, near County Road 2, a vehicle driven by Michael Snyder, 21, Edgerton, struck a tree and rolled. Damage was moderate.

Sunday, 1:41 a.m., on U.S. 20 near Williams County Road I-50, a vehicle driven by Jordan Updike, 24, Indianapolis, struck a ditch and a fence. Damage was heavy.

Today, Matthew Costanzo, 21, Bryan, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Anthony Sheline, 51, Edon, was charged with open container in a motor vehicle.

Saturday, a 17-year-old Montpelier male was charged with delinquency by means of open container, underage consumption, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and curfew.

Saturday, Joshua Coler, 31, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court. He was taken to CCNO.

Saturday, Corey Perez, 28, Bryan, was charged with violating a protection order.

Saturday, Elizabeth Diringer, 41, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court. She was taken to CCNO.

Saturday, David Gibson, 18, Napoleon, was cited for OVI, underage consumption and driving left of center following a traffic stop on County Road 14-B, south of County Road S.

Friday, 3:55 p.m., at 2334 Scott St., a car driven by Davina Shields, 31, 17388 County Road U, Napoleon, struck a sport utility vehicle driven by Linda Billings, 33, Delta. Shields was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to Billings' vehicle was light and damage to Shield's vehicle was moderate.

Friday, 5:22 p.m., at Scott and LaGrange streets, a sport utility vehicle driven by Jeffrey Morgan, 48, PO Box 272, Holgate, struck a car driven by Mary Pipps, 51, B-061 County Road 17, New Bavaria. Morgan was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Friday, 8:04 a.m., on the U.S. 6/24 exit ramp, a semi driven by Mark Rinker, 53, Columbus, Ind., struck a light pole. Rinker was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Monday, 11:48 a.m., at Perry and Washington streets, a truck driven by Lawrence Walter, 39, 207 E. Front St., Napoleon, struck a car driven by Timothy Batts, 32, 509 E. Wilson St., Bryan. Walter was cited for improper backing. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Today, 12:26 a.m., on U.S. 24 in Napoleon, a car driven by Natalie King, 23, Payne, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Sunday, a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with theft after an alleged incident at Wal-Mart, 1815 Scott St.

Fire -- Monday, 11:37 a.m., firefighters were called to Pic & Mix food, 1500 N. Clinton St., for an alarm. Food was stuck to the grill.

Fire -- Sunday, 2:39 p.m., firefighters were called to extinguish a boat fire at Sunset Cove on the Maumee River.

Williams Common Pleas

Julie Baden, 43, Napoleon, was sentenced to three years of community control for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse into a detention facility, a third-degree felony.

Rodney Baranowski, 49, Fayette, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing was scheduled for June 23.

Joyce Calvin, 54, Bryan, also known as Joyce Connolly, was sentenced to nine months in prison for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Allen Williams, 30, Bryan, pleaded guilty to theft, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing was scheduled for June 23.

Terry Wurster, 33, Toledo, was sentenced to two years of community control for non-support of dependents.
