American Legion Auxiliary Post 117 met recently with eight members present.
The secretary and treasurer's reports were given with both being approved as read.
Suzanne Hultz gave a report on the students being sent to Buckeye Girls State. She also gave a report on the Citizenship awards that will be given to a boy and girl student from Ayersville, Defiance and Four County.
A donation of $200 was made to the Relay for Life; several members will be marching in the parade.
All officers will remain in their positions for 2008-09 who held them this year.
A dinner is slated for June 24 for all members in honor of the students attending Buckeye State this year.
Hostess for the evening was Norma Mansfield. The hostess for June will be Ardith Wilson. The meeting closed with a prayer.
