HICKSVILLE -- Joel Frost Chapter of DAR met recently in the home of Sandra Brown with her mother, Janie Copeland, serving as the hostess.

During the business meeting future projects were discussed. The program was given by Copeland on the problems and ultimate fate of one of her ancestors who ran for a political office in Tennessee in the 1800s.

Refreshments were served by the hostess during social time.

The next meeting will be held in September. Guests are always welcome to attend the programs.
