Paulding Sheriff Sunday, 9:22 a.m., Paulding County Road 114 east of County Road 103, a car driven by Mary Colley, 68, 8386 Ohio 500, Paulding, hit a pole. Damage to the vehicle was heavy. Williams Sheriff Monday, Sally Stewart, 11641 Williams County Road H, reported the theft of a John Deer riding lawnmower and its trailer. Estimated loss is $2,778. Friday, 2:20 p.m., on Williams County Road 20, a vehicle driven by Allison Geiser, 16, struck a ditch and overturned. Damage to the vehicle was heavy. Friday, 3:20 p.m., on Williams County Road M, a vehicle driven by Christopher Decola, 30, Chicago, struck a ditch. Decola was cited for driving under suspension. Damage to the vehicle was light. Saturday, Eric Jacob, 26, Pioneer, was charged with OVI and speed excessive for conditions. * Court results Defiance Common Pleas Scott Zeller, 20, 916 Wilhelm St., pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and trafficking in marijuana, each a fifth-degree felony, according to Prosecutor Jeff Strausbaugh's office. He was placed on community control for four years and ordered to complete the SEARCH program. Debra Schappert, 44, 619 Village Lane, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs (morphine), third- and fourth-degree felonies. A presentence investigation was ordered and her personal-recognizance bond was continued. Sentencing was set for May 12. Daniel Beatty Jr., 20, Continental, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (hydromorphone), a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 14 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
