Damage to the vehicle was light. Sunday, 6:15 p.m., on Williams County Road O in Madison Township, a vehicle driven by Jason Bailey, 33, Kunkle, struck a deer that continued on. Damage to the vehicle was moderate. Sunday, 10:22 p.m., on Domersville Road in Defiance County's Adams Township, a vehicle driven by Maria Perez, 54, 11161/2 Ottawa Ave., Defiance, struck a deer that continued on. Damage to the vehicle was light. Defiance Police Saturday, 8:13 p.m., on Second Street, near Jefferson Avenue, a vehicle driven by Caleb Rankin, 19, 28653 Blanchard Road, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by James Florence, 21, Cecil. Rankin's passenger, Lily Rankin, one month old, was taken by her parents to Defiance Regional Medical Center where a condition update was unavailable. Florence was cited for assured clear distance. Neither vehicle was damaged. Saturday, Ryan Lumpkins, 19, Oakwood, was charged with prohibited operation of an ATV, while a 16-year-old Defiance male was charged with delinquency by means of prohibited operation of an ATV following an alleged incident at the Northtowne Mall, 1500 N. Clinton St. Sunday, Pierre St. Fleur, 27, 815 Nicholas St., was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated following an alleged incident on Baltimore Road. Sunday, Wilder Amador, 19, 1001 Riverside Ave., was charged with underage consumption following an alleged incident at his residence. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. Defiance Sheriff Sunday, 6:41 a.m., on Ohio 15, near Carter Road in Defiance Township, a vehicle driven by Edwin McDowell, 61, 14573 Dohoney Road, struck and killed a dog. Damage to the vehicle was light. Friday, Daniel Perez, 26, Payne, was charged with forgery, no operator's license, fictitious plates and expired plates following a traffic stop. Saturday, Chad Jones, 31, Sherwood, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing following an incident on North Ash Street. Sunday, Alexander Pedrosa, 18, Defiance was charged with underage consumption, and Kevin Crane, 18, Defiance, was charged with fictitious plates and possession of drugs following a traffic stop on Farmer-Mark Road. Hicksville Police Saturday, Mindy Rousseau, 23, and John Rousseau, 26, both of Hicksville, were each charged with one count of drug abuse and one count possession of drug paraphernalia following an alleged incident at a residence on the 600 block of West High Street. Henry Sheriff Friday, 6:10 a.m., on Ohio 110, west of County Road 5-A, a truck driven by Jorge Valdez, 30, 1141 Stevenson St., Napoleon, struck several trees. Damage to the vehicle was light. Friday, 11:14 p.m., on County Road U, west of County Road 3, a car driven by Raymond Williams, 39, 432 W. Clinton St., Napoleon, struck a ditch. Williams was transported by Liberty rescue to Henry County Hospital where his condition was unavailable. Williams was cited for DUI. Damage to the vehicle was heavy. Saturday, 3:06 p.m., on U.S. 24, west of Glenwood Avenue, a semi driven by Brian Lee, 57, Kitchener, Ontario, struck a car driven by Amber Ward, 23, 63 Valleybrook Lane, Napoleon. Ward was transported by Napoleon rescue to Henry County Hospital where her condition was unavailable. Damage to Lee's vehicle was light and damage to Ward's vehicle was moderate. Sunday, 11:26 a.m., on County Road 2, south of County Road K, a car driven by Tyrone Fry, 23, Custar, struck a ditch. Damage to the vehicle was heavy. Sunday, 7:12 p.m., on County Road 3-A, north of County Road N, a car driven by Randy Williams, 41, 3-123 County Road J, Deshler, struck a ditch. Williams was cited for DUI. Damage to the vehicle was light. Today, 1:55 a.m., at 430 E. Main St., Deshler, a car driven by Alexander Lorenzo, 29, 330 W. South St., Deshler, struck a guardrail. Lorenzo was cited for DUI. Damage to the vehicle was heavy. Friday, paintballs were allegedly shot at houses at 3-248 County Road C, 9-367 County Road O-3 and on County Road O-3, between County Road 12 and Ohio 109. Friday, money was allegedly stolen from a safe at 4-547 County Road N, McClure. Sunday, Benjamin Mendoza, 18, McClure, was cited for DUI and offenses involving underage following a traffic stop at Ohio 65 and Henry Street in McClure. Napoleon Police Saturday, Alicia Stanek, 21, Indiana, was arrested on a charge of DUI following a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Perry Street. Saturday, Benjamin Wulf, 25, Napoleon, was arrested on a charge of DUI following a traffic stop at American Road and Oakwood Avenue. Bryan Police Friday, Jessica Lucas, 21, Montpelier, was charged with OVI and driving under suspension. Friday, David Mercer, 52, Montpelier, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. Sunday, Jerry Ehman, 49, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court. He posted bond and was released. Sunday, Rodney Lumbardo, 26, West Unity, was charged with OVI and left of center. Williams Sheriff Today, 1:45 a.m., on Ohio 15 near Williams County Road F, a vehicle driven by James Johns, 42, Bryan, struck a utility pole. Johns was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.
