Putnam County will be riding his this week when the 91st edition of the Ohio High School Boys State Basketball Tournament gets underway on Thursday at The Schottenstein Center in Columbus. While Ottawa-Glandorf and Leipsic will take the court in Division III and Division IV action, respectively, don't be surprised if most of the county is on hand to watch the festivities.
