JH Football
The Wayne Trace eighth grade football team finished its season with a shutout over Holgate, 22-0.
Noah Stoller scored twice for the Raiders (7-1), Cole Shepherd scored on a long run, Justin Speice kicked two extra points and Luke Miller connected with Shepherd for a two-point conversion.
The Tinora eighth grade football team improved to 8-0 after rolling past Edgerton 54-6 on Tuesday at Tinora.
Riley Nagel scored four touchdowns to lead the Rams, three on runs and one on a pass from Brevin Renollet. Renollet and T.J. Gares also added touchdown runs, while Alex Gareau returned an interception for a TD.
Scoring extra points for the Rams were: Logan Bailey, Stefan Bowers, Cody Williamson, Dakota Stark, Gares and Nagel.
ANTWERP -- The Ayersville Junior High School football team finish its season with a 67-14 victory over Antwerp on Tuesday. Scoring for the Pilots were: Hunter Stark, Paxton Grennay, Mikey McGuire, RJ Addington, Jack Goonan, Jacob Miller and Chandler Kelly. The Pilots finish their season at 6-2.
