Over the past 12 years, Bishop Bruce Ough has reaffirmed the mission of the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church -- that every congregation be a healthy, growing, spiritually vital, risk-taking center for making and equipping disciples of Jesus Christ for the purpose of transforming the world.
