The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for portions of northwest Ohio.
Thunderstorms are likely on Wednesday. There is potential of severe weather with damaging winds, large hail and isolated tornadoes, mainly in the afternoon and evening. Current indications suggest the main severe threat generally near and south of the U.S. 24 corridor, but there is still uncertainty in the exact location.
Heavy rainfall will also be possible Wednesday with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
There is also a chance of thunderstorms Saturday night through Sunday night.
