Some northwest Ohio counties have downgraded their snow level emergencies following Wednesday's winter storm. Paulding County cancelled its level 2 snow emergency. Defiance, Putnam and Fulton counties downgraded from level 2 to a level 1 emergencies this morning, while Henry and Williams counties remained on a level 2 emergency.
Schools closed for today included Independence Education Center in Defiance County; all schools in Henry, Williams and Fulton counties; and Four County Career Center, rural Archbold. Other schools in Defiance, Paulding and Putnam counties operated on a two-hour delay.
