Paulding County Sheriff Jason K. Landers has lifted the Level 3 Weather Emergency and has issued a Level 2. This doesn't mean that all county roads are clear.
"However, various work crews have made significant progress and most roads have at least one lane of travel available," according to a release from the sheriff's office. "Some of the township roads may still be drifted shut, as the wind continues to blow.
"At this time, blowing and drifting remains a concern. Please use caution and common sense in deciding whether travel is really necessary. If you must travel, allow for sufficient time and use caution in your winter driving habits. Reduce your speed when driving and allow mroe time for stopping."
