State Patrol

Tuesday, 2 a.m., on Ohio 107 in Williams County's Superior Township, a vehicle driven by Peggy Cupp, 57, Montpelier, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Defiance Police

Tuesday, John Barta, 39, Defiance, was charged with violating a temporary protection order. Barta was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Tuesday, a parked van was reported vandalized on Rosewood Avenue.

Tuesday, Jason Adkins, 17, Defiance, was arrested on a warrant from Defiance Juvenile Court.

Tuesday, David Pagan-Cruz, 21, Defiance, and John Lehnert, 21, Defiance, were charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on East Second Street.

Henry Sheriff

Tuesday, Eric Gutierrez, 33, Napoleon, was charged with failure to comply, driving under suspension and violation of marked lanes following a driving complaint at Henry County roads T and 13.

Tuesday, Sheila Brown, 43, Hamler, was charged with falsification after an alleged incident at 310 Cleveland St., Hamler.

Williams Sheriff

Tuesday, 6:58 a.m., on Williams County Road 13, south of Williams County Road I, a vehicle driven by Donna Sprow, 52, Bryan, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Tuesday, 7:35 p.m., on Ohio 15, north of Williams County Road J, a vehicle driven by Leroy Sleesman, 67, Bryan, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Tuesday, Carlos Graves, 41, Toledo, was arrested on a warrant from Holmes County. Graves was taken to CCNO.
