Defiance County grand jury indicts 23

A Defiance County grand jury has returned indictments against 23 persons, according to Prosecutor Jeff Strausbaugh. Indicted were: " Timothy Babcock, 30, 700 Kiser Road, for rape, a first-degree felony. Authorities allege that Babcock engaged in sexual conduct with a female juvenile, compelling the victim to submit by force or threat of force.
