HAMLER Three Patrick Henry High School students are joining longtime government teacher Rick Fricke on a January trip to Washington, D.C., for the inauguration of President George W. Bush. Ryan Powell, a junior, will join sophomores Chad Rosebrook and Isaac Wilhelm in making the students first trip to the nations capital along with other high school students from Ohio.
