PAULDING Walking into the PARC Lane Training Centers office, its not unusual to see the superintendent of the Paulding County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities answering the phones because there is little, if any, support staff on the payroll. Still other staff members are discussing ways to save money by recycling what products they can from the classrooms and other centers just to survive.
