Defiance principal Jim Shugars dies of apparent heart attack

Defiance City Schools administrator Jim Shugars died this morning from an apparent heart attack.
Shugars, 46, Payne, was starting his sixth year as principal of Anthony Wayne Elementary School. The new school year got underway on Tuesday.
