CHARLOE As the old saying goes, sometimes things get worse before they get better. Such is the case with several roads and bridges in Paulding County. Currently, three major projects are under construction: replacement of the Charloe bridge, widening of a two-mile portion of County Road 138, and improvement to the intersection of Ohio 111 and 637 at the Five-Span bridge.
