If income tax passes, Defiance's would rank below similarly sized commuunities in NW Ohio

If Defiances .3-percent tax increase passes Tuesday, it would give the city the highest income tax rate among municipalities in the six-county area. But the increased rate would rank below several similarly sized northwest Ohio communities.
